We welcome purchase orders from Businesses, local Authorities, Government Departments and Educational Establishments. Send an official purchase order (PO) and we will open an account for you the same day. We also offer Business accounts, which can be applied for offering a 30-day credit account. Credit availability is subject to status. Please call for details and an application form.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Should our service not meet your expectations and you feel you would wish to register a complaint you may do so by telephone, Fax, post or email. Full contact details are to be found on our "Customer Services" page at www.PrintClearly.co.uk.

All complaints will be dealt with in strict confidence and will be responded to within 5 working days of the complaint being registered. At which time we will endeavour to advise you how long it may take to resolve your concerns if we are unable to deal with it in 5 days of your initial correspondence. Print Clearly Ink & Media will at all stages of the process ensure you are kept fully informed.

Making A Purchase Making an on-line purchase could not be easier 24/7/365. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy, choose the quanity you require and place them into the shopping cart. You can add and delete items at any time without difficulty. When you have finished your selection, go to the Checkout and fill in your payment details carefully.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

You may pay by cheque on-line by following the instructions at the Checkout. Goods will be dispatched upon reciept and clearance of your cheque.

Shipping And Handling Our Inkjet ink cartridge prices are ALL inclusive and include shipping, handling and VAT charges for all UK customers only. For heavier items such as Laser Toner Cartridges and heavy paper, delivery is £ 5.50 + vat PER ORDER. A VAT invoice is supplied with each order for your convenience.

The shipping and VAT are included for UK mainland Customers ONLY. Overseas and Non Uk mainland customers should contact us by email or fax prior to placing your order.

Delivery Schedule All Inkjet cartridge orders received before 4pm are dispatched same day by 1st Class postage (Please note this is not a guaranteed next day Service). Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery - Royal Mail performance Target. However, should you require a guaranteed next day Royal Mail delivery, please call your order through on 0845 644 3692 and specify the service you require. An additional shipping charge will be made for this option.

Laser Toner Cartridges and heavy paper orders received before 4pm are dispatched same day by "Next Day" Courier service.

Back Orders We have access to a large stock of most items. When we do not have an item we will back order it for you. We will email or telephone you to advise you of this and will offer an alternative if one exsists. Back orders can be cancelled at anytime prior to dispatch. Any printer consumable not listed here are available to order. Most products are generally available within 24/48 hours but please allow 5 days.
Tax Charges All prices include V.A.T at 17.5%.
Credit Card Security When the payment method of "credit card" is selected, the shopper is forwarded to a secure remote server (https://) where the Golden padlock is displayed and the credit card information recorded. The payment details are then encrypted, using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Finally, the shopper is returned to the Print Clearly site where the order receipt is displayed. View our home page under the "Secure Shopping" section.

Guarantee At Print Clearly Ink & Media we aim to deliver a high level of service to our customers backed up by a no quibble Guarantee.

We guarantee everything we sell for a minimum of 12 months from date of purchase, (3 months for reconditioned/remanufactured product). Should you have a delivery discrepancy or your goods are damaged on arrival, we will endeavour to rectify the problem within 24 hours of you informing us. If your goods prove faulty within 30 days of date of purchase, you have the option of a full refund or an exchange. Outside this initial period faulty goods will be exchanged or a credit note given. Any terms, conditions or warranties described here are in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel the contract of your purchase within 7 working days, beginning the day after receipt of the goods by giving written notice of cancellation within this period.

To make a return, package securely and we recommend that you use recorded-delivery service. Ensure you include a copy of your original invoice and the reason for return. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. All goods returned should be in their original packaging unused, with all seals intact.

You will receive a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

For goods ordered in error, we will charge a restocking fee of 25% to cover administration.
