When comparing us to the competition please remember that we are UK based and ship from the UK (i.e. not Jersey or Guernsey) so all our prices include VAT and delivery by 1st Class Royal Mail should reach you quicker than if sent from a  Jersey based supplier.

For customers in the Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Ireland, please contact us for a quote before ordering.

Orders received by 4pm GMT are normally dispatched on the same business day ( * subject to stock availability). After this time orders will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Royal Mail aims to deliver over 94% of 1st class packages by the next working day, excluding bank holidays and Sundays. This is not guaranteed so please allow between 1-3 working days.

If you require a next working day* signed for delivery service by Courier service for any of the ABOVE items you can opt for this option at checkout at a cost of £ 5.00 inc. vat

Orders received by 4.30pm GMT are normally dispatched on the same business day ( * subject to stock availability). After this time orders will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders received before 4.30pm Friday will be delivered Monday and orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

We use a number of Couriers depending on what you order. Your order may be delivered by one of the following:  DPD, Citylink, FedEX, Interlink & Fastways

This is a signed for service which means the carrier will only deliver the goods if there is someone to sign for and accept the delivery. If there isn’t anyone available when the carrier tries to deliver your order, they will leave a card with the details of when they attempted to deliver and their contact information so you can arrange to collect the goods, or re-arrange delivery.

If you choose to collect from the carrier, you will need to take some form of ID.

The carriers will only hold the goods for a limited number of days, therefore it is important that you get in touch with them ASAP

Alternative or 3rd Party Addresses.

You can choose to have your order delivered to an alternative delivery address e.g. your work or neighbours, providing that the credit card details given match the card billing address.

Back Orders

We have access to a large stock of most items. When we do not have an item we will back order it for you. We will email or telephone you to advise you of this and will offer an alternative if one exists. You will not be charged for back orders until they are ready to be shipped. Back orders can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. Any printer consumable not listed here are available to order. Most products are generally available within 24/48 hours.

Tracking your Order

If your order has been sent by Royal Mail, occasionally, there may be delays within Royal Mail postal system. Although delays are rare, please allow 15 days for your order to arrive, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot start tracking parcels until this time has elapsed.

If you do not receive your goods within 15 working days you should contact us.

If postal workers cannot make a delivery they should leave a calling card but our experience is that this is sometimes overlooked and the goods are returned to the depot. Please note, over 40% of “lost” parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check there first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund.

Packaging

For your convenience, ON OCCASSIONS, inkjet cartridge orders sent by Royal Mail may be sent without the Manufacturers bulky and unnecessary cardboard / plastic outer packaging but will still be sent in their vacuum sealed / inner packaging and well protected in the padded Jiffy envelopes used to send the cartridges.

We do this for two reasons:

  1. The package is more likely to fit through your letter box – this avoids the package being returned to the post office with a calling card if you are not in.
  2. Part of our small contribution to re-cycling and the environment.
Please note:
If you specifically want your cartridges to be sent in their outer cardboard/plastic packaging then that’s no problem, just let us know in the “customer notes” box at checkout.
