RIGHT TO CANCEL You have the right to cancel the contract of your purchase within 7 working days, beginning the day after receipt of the goods by giving written notice of cancellation within this period and providing the item is returned to us in a saleable and unopened condition, at the customers cost.
If in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase i.e. if it is faulty, of unsatisfactory quality or was supplied in error by Print Clearly, you are entitled to a replacement product or a refund within 14 days of purchase.
All returns must be pre-authorized - Please do not try to return items without a valid GRN (Goods Return Number) as we cannot accept items that have not been authorized for return and such items will be refused.
Returns
Please remember that before returning any items to
us you must first obtain a valid Goods Return Number or GRN. You can do this by
calling us or via our Contact Us page.
To enable us to deal with your call quickly and efficiently, please ensure you provide the following information:

When we provide you with your unique GRN, we will also provide you with details of how to return the items.
All returned items must be in the original packaging and unopened.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items
You must notify us of any damaged items and incorrectly supplied items within 3 days of receipt.
If items are faulty, have been damaged in transit, or incorrectly delivered, we will ask you to send the items back to us by Royal Mail and will refund you the cost of the postage either against the payment method made or as a credit note against any future purchases. The cost of all other returns to is to be paid by the customer.
Items returned to us due to a manufacturer’s fault later than 28 days after the item was delivered will be eligible for a replacement only up to 6 months from purchase ( 3 months for remanufactured ink cartridge ) after it has been tested and inspected by our test centre.
We test every item returned to us, once received it will be inspected and tested by our test centre. If no fault can be found by our test centre, the item will be returned to you at your cost.
Because we test every item returned as faulty, and in order to accept an item as being faulty, we must be able to replicate the described fault when tested. You may be asked for the cartridge to be returned with a print sample if appropriate to the fault. We therefore strongly advise that you check the item and the instructions thoroughly before returning it, as items found not to be faulty may incur an admin charge and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. A replacement will be authorized should a fault be found. Where a direct replacement cannot be offered, or a repair is not economical we will offer an exchange / credit note towards any other item on the website.
Accidental damage, neglect or misuse of items will not be acceptable for return.
Replacements
Should you require a replacement, this will be shipped after the returned items have been processed. Should you need a replacement sooner, you can place and pay for another item, and we will credit your account when the returned item has been processed.
Unwanted Items
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, most items can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

You must notify us of your wish to cancel your order and return the item or items within 7 days of receiving them.

You must notify us in writing by post, fax or email. We cannot accept telephone cancellations.

You obtain a valid Goods Return Number - GRN

All items must be in an as new condition and in the original packaging. The packaging must not have been damaged or altered by the customer.

All items must be unused and unopened with all seals/shrink wrap intact.

The items were not specifically ordered for the customer, or altered or customized to the customer's specification.

You pay the cost of returning the goods

You return the items within 7 days of being issued the GRN.
Please note that if an item is returned after 7 days for any other reason than it is faulty a re-stocking fee of 25% will be applied.
We will not refund the carriage charges for unwanted items.
We ask that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as proof of dispatch as you are liable for any returned items until they reach us.
It is your responsibility to ensure that items are packaged sufficiently prior to returning them. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of receipt. We will not be held responsible for items which are damaged or lost in transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all returned items reach us safely.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, normally within 72 hours of receiving the returned items.
